Best arcade suite games and package ideas for groups at Providha Fun City
If you are searching for arcade suites, you may not simply be looking for a room with a few games nearby. You may be planning a birthday, family outing, corporate gathering, weekend activity, or group celebration where everyone needs something to do.
That makes the details important.
The right arcade experience should give your group enough variety to keep different ages interested, while making it easy to combine gaming with food, relaxation, accommodation, or other activities.
In Lagos, an all-in-one destination such as Providha Fun City can make this type of outing simpler by bringing accommodation, dining, leisure and arcade entertainment together.
Here is what to consider before booking and how to build an arcade-focused experience that works for your group.
What Are Arcade Suites?
The phrase arcade suites can refer to an entertainment or accommodation experience built around arcade gaming. Depending on the venue, the concept may involve arcade games alongside accommodation, private or group entertainment spaces, or a broader package that combines gaming with other activities.
For a customer, the important question is less about the name and more about what the experience actually includes.
Before booking, find out:
What types of arcade games are available?
Are there games suitable for children and adults?
Is the arcade suitable for groups?
Are prizes or redemption options available?
Can food and drinks be arranged?
Is accommodation available at the same location or nearby?
Are birthday or group packages available?
What exactly is included in the package price?
This last point matters because an attractive package name does not automatically tell you what you are paying for.
Who Should Consider an Arcade Experience?
Arcade entertainment can work particularly well when your group includes people with different interests.
Families
A family outing can be difficult to plan when younger children, teenagers and adults all want different things.
An arcade provides an activity that can bring everyone into the same environment while allowing individuals to choose games appropriate to their interests.
For families visiting Lagos, combining gaming with food and other leisure activities can also make the day feel more complete.

Birthday Groups
Arcades can provide a more activity-focused alternative to a traditional birthday gathering.
Instead of spending the entire event sitting around a table, guests can play games, compete with one another and move between different activities.
When considering an arcade birthday, ask about:
Group capacity
Game access
Birthday packages
Food arrangements
Party add-ons
Seating
Timing
Payment requirements
Do not assume that every venue offers the same birthday inclusions. Confirm the package details before making payment.
Corporate and Group Outings
For corporate outings, the goal may be less about prizes and more about giving colleagues an informal environment to interact.
Arcade gaming can become one activity within a larger group experience involving food, leisure and social time.
The key is to choose a venue where the group does not have to leave immediately after gaming to find somewhere else to eat or relax.
What Games Should You Look for in an Arcade?
A good arcade experience is not necessarily about having the largest number of machines.
Variety matters more than simply counting games.
A mixed group may have completely different preferences. One person might enjoy competitive games while another prefers something casual.
When evaluating an arcade, consider whether the game mix gives different members of your group something interesting to do.
Kid-Friendly Games
For younger visitors, look for games that are easy to understand and do not require extensive experience.
The objective should be simple: children should be able to participate without adults having to explain complicated controls every few minutes.
Games for Teenagers
Teenagers may prefer games with stronger competition, challenges or repeat-play value.
If your group includes teenagers, ask about the types of games available rather than assuming an arcade designed for children will automatically keep them interested.
Games Adults Can Enjoy
Adults do not necessarily want a children's-only experience.
Competitive arcade games can work well for friends, couples, parents and colleagues, particularly when the activity encourages friendly competition.
The best group setup is one where people can move between games rather than being restricted to one type of activity.
What About Prizes?
Some arcades offer prize or redemption systems, while others focus primarily on gameplay.
If prizes are important to your group, confirm the system before booking.
Ask:
Are prizes available?
How are points or credits earned?
What can players redeem?
Are prize options subject to availability?
Are prize costs included in the package?
These questions are particularly useful for birthday groups with children who may expect a prize component.
If a venue does not publish current prize details, it is better to ask directly than to assume what will be available.
Arcade Packages: What Should Be Included?
A package can make planning easier, but only when you understand what you are buying.
For an arcade-focused outing, packages may combine gaming with other parts of the experience.
At Providha Fun City, examples to ask about include the Family Day Pass, Seafood & Stay, and Weekend Experience.
The exact inclusions, availability and pricing should be confirmed with Providha before booking.
Family Day Pass
The Family Day Pass is relevant for families who want to turn arcade gaming into a broader day out rather than making the arcade the only activity.
This can be particularly useful when different members of the family want to combine play, leisure and food.
Seafood & Stay
For visitors who are coming from outside the immediate area or want to turn the outing into an overnight experience, Seafood & Stay provides a package concept that combines accommodation and dining.
Rather than planning separate arrangements for where to sleep and where to eat, you can ask Providha what the current package includes and whether it fits your group's plans.
Weekend Experience
A weekend experience can make sense for groups who want more than a few hours of entertainment.
You can structure the visit around accommodation, meals, leisure and arcade gaming, subject to the current package details and availability.

Why Combine an Arcade With Accommodation?
Gaming can be the main reason for your visit, but accommodation can change the entire experience.
Imagine a family travelling into Lagos for a weekend. Instead of arranging:
A hotel
An arcade
A restaurant
Another leisure activity
you can investigate whether one destination can cover several parts of the trip.
That is where Providha's wider hospitality and entertainment offering becomes relevant.
Visitors can combine Hotel & Suites accommodation with dining options such as Back Pouch Restaurant and De Plate Cafeteria, while also having access to leisure and arcade entertainment.
The advantage is convenience rather than simply adding more activities to your itinerary.
Building an Arcade Day at Providha Fun City
A simple group itinerary could look like this:
Option 1: Family Day Out
Start: Arrive and settle into the day's activities.
Play: Spend time at the arcade and Fun Place.
Eat: Take a break for a meal at Back Pouch Restaurant or De Plate Cafeteria.
Continue: Return to the entertainment activities before wrapping up the day.
For a family, this gives everyone opportunities to play, eat and relax without making the entire outing about one activity.
Option 2: Birthday Group
Arrival: Gather the group and confirm the day's arrangements.
Gaming: Start with arcade activities and friendly competition.
Food: Schedule a meal or refreshment break.
Celebration: Continue with the planned birthday activities and group entertainment.
Before booking, confirm whether a birthday package or additional arrangements are available for your preferred date.
Option 3: Weekend Group Stay
For visitors staying overnight, you can build the experience around accommodation rather than treating the arcade as a standalone activity.
Day 1: Check in, eat, relax and enjoy arcade or leisure activities.
Evening: Continue the social experience with your group.
Day 2: Have another meal and enjoy additional activities before departure.
The exact schedule depends on the package and activities available at the time of booking.
How to Choose the Right Arcade Suite Experience
Before you make a reservation, use this checklist.
1. Check the Group Size
Tell the venue exactly how many people are coming.
A birthday group of 20 has different requirements from a family of four.
2. Ask About the Game Mix
Do not just ask whether there is an arcade.
Ask what types of games are available and whether they suit the ages in your group.
3. Confirm Package Inclusions
Ask for a clear breakdown of what your payment covers.
This is especially important when considering Family Day Passes, birthday arrangements or accommodation packages.
4. Ask About Current Pricing
Prices and package availability can change.
Rather than relying on an old social media post, ask Providha for the current price and inclusions for your preferred date.
5. Confirm Accommodation Separately
If your plan includes an overnight stay, confirm room availability and what is included in the accommodation package.
6. Plan Your Meals
Gaming becomes easier when your group does not have to leave the venue to find food.
Check the available dining options and plan your meal breaks around your activities.
7. Confirm the Booking Details
Before paying, make sure you understand:
Date and time
Number of guests
Package selected
What's included
What's excluded
Payment requirements
Cancellation or rescheduling terms
Any birthday or group arrangements
Clear communication at this stage prevents most unpleasant surprises later.
What Makes an Arcade Experience Worth Booking?
Your group gets more than one activity to enjoy, with gaming complemented by dining and leisure.
An arcade-centered outing can turn an ordinary Lagos weekend or birthday into a more activity-filled experience.
Good planning starts with confirming the venue's rules, package details, age suitability and arrangements before your visit.
Combining accommodation, dining and entertainment in one destination can reduce the number of separate bookings you need to organize.
