Best All-Inclusive Birthday Party Venues With Arcade Games in Lagos, and Why Providha Fun City Stands Out
Planning a children's birthday party in Lagos can quickly become complicated when you have to book a venue, organise entertainment, arrange food, decorate the space and keep a group of excited children occupied.
An all-inclusive birthday party package can make the process much easier by bringing several of these elements together in one location. For parents, this means less coordination. For children, it means more time playing, celebrating and enjoying the day.
If arcade games are part of your plans, it is worth looking for a venue that combines party space, games, food and other activities rather than treating each part of the celebration as a separate booking.
What Is Usually Included in an All-Inclusive Birthday Party Package?
The exact contents vary by venue and package, but an all-inclusive children's birthday package may include some combination of:
A private or reserved party area.
Access to arcade games and other attractions.
Game tokens, credits or ticket bundles.
Birthday tables and seating.
Food and drinks.
Birthday cake or cake arrangements.
Basic decorations.
Entertainment or organised activities.
Party staff or event assistance.
Prize redemption opportunities.
Optional accommodation for families or guests travelling from outside Lagos.
Before booking, ask the venue to provide a clear list of what is included. A package advertised as "all-inclusive" can mean different things from one venue to another.
What Should Parents Look for When Choosing a Birthday Venue?
The number of children and their ages should influence your choice.
For younger children, look for safe, age-appropriate activities and enough space for supervised play. Older children may be more interested in arcade games, competitive activities and prize redemption.
You should also consider:
Maximum party capacity.
Number and type of arcade games.
Amount of game credit included.
Catering options.
Availability of a dedicated party area.
Decoration options.
Parking and accessibility.
Supervision and event support.
Whether parents can bring a cake or outside vendors.
Additional activities available at the venue.
Accommodation options for guests who need to stay overnight.
The best package is usually the one that fits the actual needs of your group rather than simply the one with the longest list of inclusions.
Why Providha Fun City Is Worth Considering
For parents who want to keep the birthday celebration in one place, Providha Fun City offers a combination of party space, games, dining and accommodation.
The Fun Place provides a dedicated setting for celebrations, making it possible to organise a birthday around activities rather than simply hiring a room and bringing entertainment into it.
The arcade is another major attraction. Children can enjoy a range of arcade games, collect tickets where applicable and redeem prizes, adding an interactive element to the celebration.
For parents, the advantage is convenience. Instead of coordinating a separate entertainment provider, restaurant and venue, several parts of the birthday experience can be arranged at the same destination.
Fun Place: A Dedicated Setting for Birthday Celebrations
A dedicated party area can make a major difference when hosting a children's birthday.
Rather than having children move between unrelated locations, the celebration can have a central meeting point where guests can gather, eat, celebrate the birthday child and take breaks between activities.
The Fun Place can be incorporated into a birthday itinerary alongside arcade entertainment and other activities available at Providha Fun City.
When making your booking, confirm the available capacity for your preferred package and guest count so the space is appropriate for your party.
Arcade Games and Prize Redemption
For children who love games, the arcade can become one of the main attractions of the birthday.
Arcade-based parties also give children something to do throughout the event rather than concentrating the celebration around food and cake alone.
Depending on the package selected, parents can ask about:
Included arcade credits or game tokens.
Additional game credits.
Ticket collection.
Prize redemption.
Suitable games for different age groups.
How long the children can use the arcade.
Whether arcade access is unlimited or package-based.
Clarifying these details before paying helps you understand exactly how much entertainment is included.
Catering: Keep Food in the Same Location
Food is another major part of children's birthday planning.
With an on-site restaurant, families can explore catering options without having to arrange food delivery from a separate location.
Back Pouch Restaurant at Providha Fun City can form part of the overall birthday experience, giving parents the option of combining entertainment and dining at the same destination.
When discussing your package, ask about the available food options, serving sizes, children's meals, drinks and whether the menu can accommodate dietary requirements.
For larger parties, confirm how food will be served and whether the meal arrangement is designed specifically for birthday groups.
Turn the Birthday Into a Full-Day Experience
An advantage of choosing a destination with multiple activities is that the birthday does not have to end when the cake is cut.
Parents can build a schedule around the party area, arcade games, dining and other available activities.
A typical itinerary could look like:
Arrival → Party area → Games and activities → Birthday meal → Cake and photos → Arcade session → Prize redemption → Additional family activities
The exact schedule can be adjusted according to the children's ages, party size and package selected.
This approach can be particularly useful when parents want to give children a memorable experience rather than simply hosting a traditional birthday meal.
What About Guests Coming From Outside Lagos?
For families travelling from another city, organising accommodation separately can add another layer of planning.
Providha Fun City also has hotel suites, allowing families and guests to consider staying at the same destination as the celebration.
An overnight option can be useful for:
Relatives travelling into Lagos for the birthday.
Families who want to extend the celebration into the following day.
Parents who prefer not to travel home immediately after a long party.
Guests who want to combine the birthday with a short Lagos getaway.
If accommodation is important to your plans, ask about room availability at the same time you enquire about the birthday package.

How Much Does an All-Inclusive Birthday Party Cost?
There is no single price for an all-inclusive birthday party in Lagos because the total depends on factors such as:
Number of children and adults.
Duration of the event.
Food and drinks selected.
Amount of arcade credit.
Decorations.
Entertainment.
Additional activities.
Accommodation.
Date and availability.
Rather than comparing headline prices alone, ask for the total cost for your specific group.
A package that costs slightly more but includes food, entertainment and venue space may ultimately require less separate spending than a cheaper venue where you have to organise everything individually.

Deposit requirements can vary according to the package and booking arrangements. Confirm the required deposit before making your reservation and ask when the remaining balance is due.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the booking. Ask about the policy before paying your deposit, including whether deposits are refundable or transferable to another date.
Can I add themed decorations?
Decoration options can vary. If your child wants a specific theme, ask whether themed décor can be arranged and whether it carries an additional charge.
Can I buy extra arcade credit?
If your party uses its allocated game credits before the celebration ends, ask about purchasing additional arcade credit. Confirm the available options when booking.

Can guests stay overnight?
Providha Fun City has hotel suites, so accommodation can be incorporated into your planning where available. Confirm room availability and rates alongside your party booking.
Can I arrange food through the venue?
Yes, you can ask about the dining and catering options available through the on-site restaurant. Confirm the menu, quantities and serving arrangements for your group.
Make Birthday Planning Easier With One Destination
An arcade birthday party does not have to involve coordinating a venue, entertainment provider, caterer and hotel separately.
A destination such as Providha Fun City gives parents the opportunity to bring several parts of the celebration together: the Fun Place for the party, arcade entertainment with prize redemption, dining at Back Pouch Restaurant and hotel suites for guests who want to stay overnight.
The key is to confirm exactly what your chosen package includes, how many guests it accommodates and which extras you may want before making your payment.
If you are planning a birthday party in Lagos, start by deciding your guest count, preferred date and must-have activities, then ask for a package tailored to your celebration.
